An achromatic sun
A crimson sky
Clouds revolving around dust
The taste of pollution in my tongue
And I?m drowning in the river of life
Drowning into a structured plan
But I'm different
My liberty lies in the fire of my soul
My religion is killing the voice in my throat
But I will prevail
Against all

Underwater
My hands try to grasp something
Yet everything at once
I try to breathe
But water enters my brain
My mouth
My thoughts
And my lungs swell
Life is killing me
I need to get free

I try to swim
And I float above
I flirt with death
That's the only escape

I observe the bodies around
Most swim in the same direction
Few choose their own path
They are different
And I admire them for that
They thrust dust of hope
onto this obscure world

Even though I'm all alone
Without love
Without anyone
I decide to swim against the current
Though it's tough
I go on without a doubt.
